Quillon Law promotes James Clark to Partner

We are pleased to announce the promotion of specialist fraud and sanctions commercial litigator James Clark to Partner.
James, who joined the firm in March 2022 as a Managing Associate, is a commercial litigator with over 10 years’ experience acting in complex high-value commercial disputes, with an emphasis on civil fraud matters. His expertise also includes financial markets disputes and sanctions.
He has particular expertise in obtaining and resisting interim remedies such as worldwide freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders.
James’ cases often involve a cross-border element. He is a fluent Spanish speaker, and has a particular interest in the Latin American market.

James’ promotion took effect on 1 April 2024, taking the firm’s partner count to 5.
